Delivery & Returns

Orders are only processed Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays/Public Holidays.

We aim to despatch goods within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Deliveries are normally by Royal mail some items may require a signature and some items of higher value may be couriered. Delivery times are normally between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, if you miss your order our courier will place a card through your letter box detailing how to re-arrange delivery.

We do not deliver to Post office (PO) boxes, Good2run are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or appointed couriers.

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock you will be notified by email with an expected delivery date, we may part ship an order to you if a large order will be held up by a single item. We will notify you.

Royal Mail special delivery (Next Day) is available but will incur an extra charge.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (sometimes if of a higher value/weight we may use a courier service for insurance purposes)


When collecting in store please bring your order confirmation the credit card used when purchasing online and proof of address (drivers license /Utility Bill).

We can only dispatch the order if the original cardholder is present and has proof of purchase and identification.


Free delivery applies to only that item specified by us to be eligible. Free delivery applies to UK addresses only. Free delivery is 2-5 working days free delivery is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands Northern Ireland Isle of Man, may sometimes take longer due to the distance and weather related issues.

Incompliance with the distance selling regulations 2000, the customer has the right to cancel any order the cooling off period is 7 days from the day after the ordering date, on cancellation of the order, the customer is under a duty to return the goods at their own cost to Good2run and in the meantime they must take good care of them.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund any money paid where we expect there may be a problem with delivery.


We offer a 30 day return policy , if any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in a fully resalable condition

Please email us in the first instance prior to sending the item back. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Return postage and packaging is paid by the customer.

We advise customers to return shoe boxes in a postal bag, shoe boxes taped sealed will damage the box and we will not be able to accept the item as resalable stock.

We advise when returning goods to have adequate insurance in case of loss of item in transit. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damage in post.

Please notify us of faulty goods as soon as possible, we will assess the item and offer a replacement or a refund given if required. We will also refund the postal costs for the item.

Refunds can only be credited to the original card payment.

When buying items such as undergarments and nutritional products the sale is final.

If an item has been purchased in a sale or promotion, you will only be refunded the price you paid.

The following only applies to online sales at the Good2run website.

Goods purchased in-store at the payment counter through the till must be returned for a refunded/exchange by the same method.

Please note that sometimes we may have to let the manufacturer assess the faulty item which means we may have to send it to their premises, we will keep the customer informed if we have to undertake this action.

RETURNS POLICY(Food and Drink)

Drink and food purchases may not be returned for exchange or refund whether purchased on line or in-store , for reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be returned for exchange or refund, unless faulty, we are unable to accept back any goods that have been worn or laundered, unless faulty.

In store refunds will not be given for goods merely unwanted, this does not affect your statutory rights.
